       选择毛被洁净的凯斯?白鞣剂KASTANO DC白鞣羊皮，要求抗温度≥80℃。
烫  毛： 
       光 亮 剂      100 
       酒    精      100 
       防静电剂      50 
       水            750
  烫毛温度：180~200℃
脱  脂： 
       液比 1:20   温度 40~45℃ 
       小苏打（食品级） 0.5 g/L 
       凯斯?润湿剂CC  2 ml/L     
       40min 后漂洗，出皮，甩干。 
染  色：
       液比  20:1（干皮计） 
       温度  60～65℃
       凯斯?护毛剂E6        0.1～0.5 ml/L
       凯斯?匀染剂 DL        0.3～1 ml/L（深色少用、浅色多用）
       投皮划动20分钟后加入 
       FOSC?系列毛皮染料     X g/L 
       30min后加入(85%)  0.5 ml/L 
       30min后加入(85%)  0.5~0.8 ml/L 
       60~90分钟后清水冲洗、出皮、甩干、干燥、烫剪。

Selecting：White tanned clean sheepskins, required shrinking 
           temperature should be higher than 80℃.
Degreasing：
           Liquid Ratio：                  1：20
      Temperature：                 40-45℃
           Baking soda（Food grade）：   0.5 g/L   
           KAISI Wetting Agent CC：       2 ml/L
           Time：                         40min
           Taking the skins out and rinsing, drying.
Dyeing：
           Liquid Ratio：                  20：1（Calculation of dry skin）
           Temperature：                 60-65℃
           KAISI FUR PROTECTING 
           AGENT E6：                   0.1～0.5 ml/L
           KAISI Leveling Agent DL：      0.3～1 ml/L
          （Dark less add, light color more add）
           20min later add：
           FOSC? Series Fur Dyes：       X g/L
           30min.add：
           Formic Acid(85%)               0.5 ml/L 
           30min.add：
           Formic Acid(85%)               0.5~0.8 ml/L           
        Afer 60~90min rinsing, peeling, drying and ironing.
